How do we ship our orders

FilmAmora guarantees postage of all goods in stock within 24-48 hours, for orders which have been received before 16:00 PM on Monday to Thursday, and before 14.00PM on Friday (GMT +1) in our offices. With the exceptions shown in our shipping areas tables. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Spanish Bank Holidays, will be shipped the next working day.

If your order includes products that are out of stock or pre-orders you can choose to receive your order in ONE SHIPMENT (and we will send your order once completed) or TWO SHIPMENTS (and we will ship whatever is in stock when placing your order and the rest in a following shipment). If you choose two shipments each one will be considered independent in terms of shipping cost and they may be free of charge if individually fulfils the conditions shown later.

Customs and taxes
For international orders outside of the European Union, all taxes associated with your purchase and Customs duties have to be paid by our customers according to the legal provisions of that country. Orders to these countries and to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra however are exempted of the Spanish VAT tax that will not be charged. FilmAmora cannot be responsible of these costs that depend on the country’s legal regulations. FilmAmora is also not responsible of delays in delivery due to Customs operation.

Delivery remarks
If you have any questions about our shipping conditions, or if you want to give us some specific instructions for the delivery of your order or if there has been any kind of problem with the delivery of your order do not hesitate in contact us at: info@filmamora.com

When receiving your order, if the package looks altered or damaged please indicate so when signing the delivery note. You can even refuse the delivery if the damage is obvious. If any of the products purchased are received damaged then please contact us and we will replace it free of charge.

Shipping cost
Shipping costs depend on the area of destination. FilmAmora has a flat fare for domestic shipping and to Portugal (excluding islands) and your order can be free if it exceeds the values shown below. In International orders the cost depends on the the weight of the order. Feel free to check the areas below for service and shipping costs.

Prices do not include the VAT tax. International orders to the European Union will be charged with 16% VAT.
